Meet Antanas Meilus: Voice-Singing and Piano instructor at Winchester Stage Music Center

Antanas Meilus, Voice-Singing & Piano teacher at Winchester Stage Music Center.

Tenor, Antanas Meilus, a graduate of Salem State University, is a recitalist, voice instructor, and composer who resides in the Boston area. An advocate of new music, he took part in the premieres of As Our Voices Begin to Rise (2012) composed by Robert Bradshaw in memory of the tragic destruction of Temple Ahavat Achim in Gloucester, MA and Mark Baily's Baily Mass for Unaccompanied Choir (2014).

He often collaborates with composer/pianist Philip Swanson on Songs set to contemporary English poetry. He also serves a music director for Big Smile Entertainment, sings in the RightMix barbershop quartet, and collaborates with many other artists in recitals of Lithuanian music in Eastern New England.
